- Job Description
- Conduct market research and develop video content on YouTube focused on popular music genres.
- Research, gather information, and analyze the operational mechanisms of social media and digital platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube and expanding to other platforms.
- Update information, input data, and assess new trends and relevant issues in fields such as music and AI software.
- Systematize market research findings.
- Compile and organize information on the digital content market that the company is exploring.
- Propose ideas to enhance existing content.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve arising issues.
- Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields. Graduates from Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, University of Commerce, or Marketing programs are preferred.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in market research in the Digital and Social Media fields are preferred.
- Fundamental knowledge of market research.
- Skills in research, analysis, and market evaluation.
- Skills in data search, synthesis, analysis, and evaluation.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Looker Studio).
- Candidates with creativity and content evaluation skills are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Discipline, high responsibility.
- Open-mindedness and a proactive, growth-oriented attitude.
- Proactive, willing to learn and update new knowledge.
- A passion for music products is an advantage.
- Ability to research and keep up with the latest video trends in the YouTube music market.
