Job Description:

Receive recruitment requests and develop a monthly recruitment plan.
Implement the recruitment process: writing content, posting job advertisements, filtering CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, notifying results, and supporting onboarding.
Seek and explore new recruitment channels.
Manage and update content on the company’s recruitment page and website.
Provide regular work reports and on-demand reports as required.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Proficient in writing engaging recruitment content.
Skilled in sourcing candidates through online recruitment channels.
Passionate about and committed to long-term development in the human resources field.
